We get asked about why we chose 113 Solution for our name a lot. And I mean A LOT. So I thought I would take the time to tell everyone the story behind the brand.
When we were trying to get this company off of the ground one of the biggest hurdles we first encountered was coming up with a name. We couldn’t really proceed without a name so it needed to be done first. Now, if you had any idea how bad I am at choosing names you would realize that this was not as simple as it seemed. The first names I liked were already taken and then I just ran out of ideas.
The Perfect Name!
Then, I was sitting in the kitchen and my husband suggested 113 Solution. Why 113 I asked. He pointed out that there are over 113 compounds in CBD. Perfect! Then I got to thinking about it, this business was him + me + our kids which, if you write it out, is 1+1+3 or 113. So we stuck with it. Solution stuck as it conveyed the message we were hoping to send out to the world. A solution to getting better balance in life, or Life in Balance. And, boom, just like that we were rolling. Now we are going so fast. It is hard to believe that not long ago we were just trying to come up with a name for our business.
So, I know that this is cheesy, but, everyone has a story behind their business name and ours is a bit unique and represents who we are. A family company helping people to find alternatives to help them bring their life into balance.
